We had an outstanding experience with Harold Shelby and BMW of Silver Spring. When we arrived at the dealership Harold already had the three BMW models of interest lined up for quick test drive of all thre BMW of Silver Spring. When we arrived at the dealership Harold already had the three BMW models of interest lined up for quick test drive of all three in order to make an easy comparison. Harold demonstrated outstanding product knowledge and trustworthy demeanor. Subsequently we had a few questions about the model / car of interest and he quickly researched the issues and returned to us with an answer. Harold hustled and was proactive without undue sales aggressiveness. We consummated the transaction quickly and painlessly. While Harold deserves the bulk of the positive feedback, Max Moyer, sales manger, deserves mention as he also contributed to the best car buying experience. We will be buying our next car from Harold and BMW of Silver Spring. More

I'm from about 6 hours away and dealt with Harold over the phone for over a week several times. He was able to answer all my questions and help walk me through everything I needed to take care of before m the phone for over a week several times. Within an hour we received a call from Harold Shelby at BMW of Silver Spring and had a firm price for the vehicle. Harold was incredibly efficient, and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and the buying process. Everything was accurate and smooth. During the period while we waited for the car to be built, Harold kept in contact with us and was always helpful and enthusiastic. His enthusiasm was contagious and made the pick up process fun.
