Harry was great to work with under challenging circumstances (strike, chip issues, etc.). He also went above and beyond on the day of delivery - I was at the dealership for about 90 minutes going circumstances (strike, chip issues, etc.). Harry went out of his way to make sure my son enjoyed himself - let him sit in the mustang, sat him in the Raptor and started it up, etc - Harry took the time to turn the day from a slog to an adventure.
