It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Nyien. You expect a high pressure sales pitch when you enter a dealership. But that is not true with Mr. Nyien. He is low-key, respectful, and truly Nyien. Not a car he wants to sell you. Of course, he is in the business to sell cars but he will do everything in his power to meet your needs. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Why? The service is outstanding, and the sales team members that we have dealt with both times were professional, knowledgeable, and mo dealership. Why? For our most recent purchase, a 2023 Platinum Highlander Hybrid, our sales agent was Harvey Nyien. Harvey had a very patient, genuine and welcoming demeanor. He was very knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. He did not push, or try to hard sell us on anything, which we really appreciated. He is a rarity in the sales experience, and his approach and demeanor went a long way towards making us feel good about our purchase and continuing our relationship with Toyota of Naperville, although we live in the city. Made you feel comfortable, Harvey was very friendly( not pushy) and extremely helpful. We are delighted to say that the experience was exceptional. A highly professional team from the Naperville Toyota dealership was working with us. The team includes Product Specialist Harvey Nyien and Edgar Alcantar, Pre-Owned Sales Manager Samantha Guerra, Business Manager Sherri Pacchiano, VIP Product Specialist Jacub Gawlik, Accessories Consultant Patrycja Labno, and Service Consultant Aron Torres. The experience started with our 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, a beautiful and high-quality sedan. The Camry Hybrid had taken us to many places, as close as the local groceries stores and as far as foreign and domestic travels. Kids had grown up with the Camry Hybrid and love it dearly. After sixteen long years of service it finally came the time for its retirement. We stopped by the Naperville Toyota dealership and saw a Corolla Hatchback. This car in the showroom brought back our sweet memory of the Corolla Hatchback we owned as our first car many years ago. Harvey introduced to us the Hatchback details; Edgar accompanied us for a test drive; Samantha worked on the pricing to close the deal. During the process Aron and Jacub worked with us on the check-up and appraisal on the Camry Hybrid, Sherri on the out-the-door packages, Patrycja on the accessories for protecting the car we love. The team had the goal of selling the car; it reached the goal with professional manner and the right attitude. We are sure there are unhappy customers with unpleasant experience with the dealership. It is fair for us to say we have had a pleasant one, and are delighted to take this opportunity to share it with others. More
