Excellent Experience This dealership was very easy to work with. Everyone appeared to be friendly and attentive. Our sales person- Harvey Nyien was very helpful to us. This dealership was very easy to work with. Everyone appeared to be friendly and attentive. Our sales person- Harvey Nyien was very helpful to us. He made our experience an easy but informative process. He was able to answer all our questions since we never had a hybrid before, we needed a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales person. This describes Harvey. He was a pleasure to work with. We give him a 5 star rating and arenow driving a new 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid and loving it. The leasing option was able to be accomplished all in the same evening. We havent actually used the service center yet. We did however tour it and found it to be immaculate and found it to have quite an extensive work/service area with many bays. It was after hours so no employees were there. However, we will bring our vehicle in when we need to serviced to see the performance of the crew. More

Top Notch Dealership Bought a new 2017 Toyota Prius Two from Toyota of Naperville a couple weeks ago. Worked with the same salesman, Harvey Nyien, who sold me my last car Bought a new 2017 Toyota Prius Two from Toyota of Naperville a couple weeks ago. Worked with the same salesman, Harvey Nyien, who sold me my last car (2008 Prius). Harvey is an easy going, no pressure guy. Went over all the features of the new model and we took it out for a short test spin. Getting 8mpg better than the last Prius! I’ve never had my last car serviced anywhere other than Toyota of Naperville. They’ve got the best service center I’ve ever experienced; clean, modern, easy to get in and out of, and fast. Highly recommended! More
