Worked with the same salesman, Harvey Nyien, who sold me my last car (2008 Prius). Harvey is an easy going, no pressure guy. Went over all the features of the new model and we took it out for a short test spin. Getting 8mpg better than the last Prius! I’ve never had my last car serviced anywhere other than Toyota of Naperville. They’ve got the best service center I’ve ever experienced; clean, modern, easy to get in and out of, and fast. Highly recommended! More

I have been having issues with my tires fo Thanks to Harvey Nyien today 9/27/16. He was our salesman two years ago when we purchased a 2014 Camry XLE. I have been having issues with my tires for more than the past nine months. Started noticing vibration and annoying noise around 17k miles. Had checked at 19k and it was confirmed the tires were defective but Bridgestone wouldn't do anything and this dealership only offered minimal dollar assistance. Had reason to bring car in for tire losing air today. While browsing the showroom I saw and greeted Harvey. He still remembered me. After brief owner dissatisfaction conversation Harvey was able to waive the cost of todays repair and introduced me to the Service manager where we were able to mutually agree on a tire replacement at 27k miles. Thanks to Harvey, customer satisfaction is his major priority. More

Harvey greeted us at door and after we explained the situation to him he was fast and efficient in getting us numbers ready and made the process a lot smoother.
