I went one afternoon with my son to test drive some 4 Runners. We met Harvey Nyien who was so courteous and he quickly got the trucks and keys so that we could take a drive. Harvey explained many of the features and was patient to my son who asked lots of questions. I learned that a lot of features had changed in 4 Runners since 2002, our last purchase. Harvey helped me understand some of the differences. Having visited several dealerships, I found Harvey one of the most knowledgeable salesmen.
