I have owned 47 Toyota's in 25 years of driving. Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey at Longo Toyota of Prosper. Tony makes it simple. Probably a little too easy for me actually, but he never sells me anything. I tell him what I want, he calls me when he finds one. Sometimes it takes a few months, other times it takes less than a day. But he is always happy when he finds me the exact car, color, trim I am looking for. Most recently, he found the exact truck I was interested in. I was a little apprehensive, but I knew that this truck would be hard to find again, and I was given ample time and no pressure to decide to do the deal. There is no pressure, there is no hidden agenda with him. He lets the customer make their own decision. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I know instances, where he stays late or comes in early or on his days off to meet the customer. He has done it for me, and several other of his clients. He does what it takes, to provide EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot thank him enough. I have bought a lot of vehicles both Toyota and other brands from area dealers and by far HANDS DOWN, he makes the best experience possible. I also drive 25 miles and pass 3 other closer Toyota dealers, to come to Longo Toyota of Prosper. I have become more than customer of Tony Bailey, I am a friend and I consider him as such. A great man, doing great things! With that being said, when I am at Tony's desk, he sits by a gentleman named "RW" and he always is friendly to me, chats and says it is always good to see me. I am greeted by the lovely Trayce Carter, who always comes and talks to me when I am in for service. She is super sweet. Definitely the person you want, out doing PR for the dealership! Upper management guys always ask how I am and make a point to acknowledge me, and give me a good customer experience. You guys are tagged in this post and know who you are. Thank you! Stephen Wedderburn and Harvey Portwood are great! Kenneth James and Doug Ranzer always keep me serviced and get me on the books when I need service. Services are completed timely and correct the first time. Thank you guys as well! Billy Stewart runs the shop and the service side of the dealership. I first met him in 2018 with a bad alignment and wheel balance completed at another Toyota dealer. Billy test drove the truck with me and listened to my concerns. He got everything handled and took car of the problem, that two other dealers ignored. Billy has also helped me on a few oddball issues with my vehicles and fixed them. He is always quick to provide logical rationale and reasoning and advice to me, and other customers and workers when needed. I am glad to know him and consider him a friend as well. It is a great dealership to buy and service with. I have only had one less than great experience, and everyone from the top down, did what was necessary, to make the best of the situation. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family. I will keep my current vehicles for a while, but will continue servicing and will buy from them again, if the need arises. Keep doing what you are doing. Do not mess with success! More

I use Tony Bailey exclusively. Longo Toyota of Prosper is the only Toyota dealer I’ll buy from. Tony handles himself and his customers with the most respect and care. He values the relationships and enjoys finding the EXACT vehicle you want. I’ve got him on the hunt for one now and I’m confident he will let me know when it’s in. Recently inquired on a truck and Tony met me on his day off to show it and sell it to me. Things didn’t work out as planned, on that particular vehicle, but he assisted in making things right. He did everything he needed to do on his end, and upper management did everything they could on their end, to get my old vehicle back. Very pleased with the outcome in the end. Quiet, friendly, efficient, and no pressure, would be how I would describe the dealership as a whole. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and some dealers feel like a 3 ring circus or the Midway at th I would describe the dealership as a whole. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and some dealers feel like a 3 ring circus or the Midway at the State Fair..........not Longo Toyota in Prosper. I drive 25 minutes and pass two other Toyota dealers, just to come here for the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Kenneth and Doug in Service, are both great. I have known Doug for 15 or so years and Kenneth only a few since discovering Longo. I alternate between the two of them. Both are great! Dealership management, Harvey in sales and Billy in the shop........both are outstanding and always greet me whenever I am in the store. I cannot summarize Tony "Superman" Bailey in one word, unless you say "Superman" in the literal form. The dude goes above and WAY beyond what anyone in his position has ever done. The little things, from having stuff to entertain the kids at his desk, buying a snack or drink for his customers while they are waiting, no pressure sales tactics, following up and being transparent in the sales process and delivery, and greeting me any time I am in the store. He is genuine, a man that loves his job and clients and it shows. Tony does a lot of things for his customers, that many will probably never even know, and asks for no recognition in return. Tony even brought me to his desk and had a one-on-one conversation with me about things both related and unrelated to buying a vehicle. You just do not see that much from people anymore. I am still in total shock and awe, that in this crazy market, last February, I told Tony to be on the lookout for a 4Runner, in a specific trim, color, package, and he had me one in less than a week. I had fallen in love with and wanted a specific loaner truck and specific color at the dealer and it was not for sale. Tony was on the prowl for a few months, and called me told me that one came in, and it was the color, packages, configuration, and PRICE that I was wanting to spend. I came in, signed off and the rest is history. We love the 2022 Tundra, Tony!!! From the quiet atmosphere, sales, service, facilities, employees, transparent no gimmicks pricing, they are like no other dealership I have experienced. I hope that nothing changes, and they will be here the next time I need a car or want an upgrade! More
