When it comes to negotiating a deal, the sales people are very knowledgeable in comparing the right vehicles with the way you shop. However, it takes a bit of a nudge to negotiate the right terms and pricing. They could be a little fairer to work with your budget. As for the pick up of the car, it takes a bit longer than 1 hour, they really want to ensure you're comfortable before you drive off. As for the negotiating of additional items, I would prefer that they gave me the M water bottle I asked for instead of the standard bmw waterbottle they charged me for which I think they should honor the claim so that's why it is a four star not a five star. Also the person explaining the A/C Button and Heat was wrong for the misinformation. More

Robert was just right - he listened, answered all our questions and ultimately found a blue X1 which fit the bill. At pickup - Francine walked us through everything - including linking the phones and seat adjustments - really drove off feeling confident. More
