From the first day I visited their showroom to the day I picked up my car the Rallye Team was wonderful. My salesman (Hasan Barakat) was perfect. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was being taken advantage of. He took his time and dedicated 100% of his time to me to ensure I was comfortable and felt I was getting what I wanted, including the best price :0) I never once felt he and the rest of the Rallye Team were being pushy. I was also assisted by Pierre Abizeid, who was also wonderful. Richard Isaac went over the optional service and warranty coverage and again I never felt uncomfortable or that I was dealing with a typical sales manager who I couldn’t trust. Richard Isaac is a wonderful salesman, manager and person. James D'Agostino took his time going over the car technology with me and I never once felt rushed, only that I was interacting with an expert who had lots of patience with me. Overall – I went into this car shopping task expecting to be frustrated and again having an ugly or at best an OK car purchasing experience. Instead, I had a wonderful purchasing experience and would recommend Rallye BMW to anyone without hesitation. I wish all shopping experiences and relationships in life were as pleasurable and wonderful as what I have with Rallye BMW. He even threw in a gift certificate for my kids at the gift shop which I thought was great :) I think the follow up session which is free of charge to go back in to go over any questions that you may have as far as how the vehicle operates is a great way to build on the customer relationship. The process was simple and we were in daily contact with Hasan (our salesman) and the finance manager until we picked up the car that weekend - after returning our lease car to a different dealership.
