Very frustrating. No effort was made to get the already sold vehicle addressed before multiple other unsold vehicles. We found ourselves constantly calling for updates because none were being given. Once received, we found additional body damage that no one had alerted us to, and BMW Sarasota said that it would not repair. Extremely unpleased with that response. Final paperwork failed to account for my deposit or a refund back for shipping costs, and one had still not been sent to us two weeks after the sale, but required us to continue following up.
