Complete amateurs, I would never go back! Said they could do MSRP only to sneak in $3500 of worthless dealer xx (nitrogen in tires, VIN etching, Bogus warranties...). I made an offer and they countered $500 higher than their original asking price! I'm not sure if it was their version of a joke. Then Haidar, the salesman tried to give me all the answers to a new car buyer customer survey in his favor. I didn't appreciate it. Long story short, I found out later that he or someone else ended up filling out the survey themselves turning it in to corporate on my behalf. Turns out it's an important survey regarding the condition of the vehicle etc... the lack of integrity to actually fill out a document under my name says everything I need to know about Horne KIA. More

Purchased an EV from them recently. They straight up lied to me when they told me my car would qualify for the EV tax credit. Wait time was extremely long, and the financer was noticeably irritated when I declined extra warranties on my vehicle. They also asked me to lie on their survey about their performance. More

I purchased another car with another Kia dealership the same week, but came back to buy the second vehicle from Haydar because he is spectacular. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

Had one person ghost me then the next “VIP” rep tell me they had a car, then it was the wrong stock, then after they ran my credit it was the wrong price with a 2k surcharge. I'm going to stick to the facts of my experience which in all honesty was a nightmare. I was contacted by the salesman Haidar via text message about an inquiry I had placed about a vehicle I may be intereste all honesty was a nightmare. I was contacted by the salesman Haidar via text message about an inquiry I had placed about a vehicle I may be interested in.I explained my situation NUMEROUS times that I was in a new car and wanted to move on from it into something different, it was made crystal clear to Haidar I would not put any money down and the monthly payment could not exceed $360, this could not be made any clearer to Haidar, he was sending me text message after text message asking me to come into the dealership where he could get the "best deal" if I am there in person, I explained I would prefer to see something virtually and if it looked god I would come right down, Haidar refused to provide me any numbers (I know what I was asking was impossible) Haidar assured me they were blowing cars out and he could help, I explained the parameters once again, I provided Haidar with the trade in information per his request Haidar did inform me he has seen his people giving $5000 over KBB but I need to be there to show i'm serious. Haidar was again informed of my restrictions, I agreed to come down to the dealership for him to look at the car. Everything went further downhill from here, I texted Haidar when I arrived and he came running down the sidewalk waving his hands-on the air franticly upon meeting Haidar he asked for my keys so he could do the appraisal and we wold look at numbers we went inside, I waited at a desk while Haidar went out to "appraise" the car when he came back we chatted for a few minutes which was highly insulting and rude, while we were sitting there Haidar asked if I could understand him with his accent I told him yes he stated he was from the middle east (ok wonderful what does that have to do with putting a deal together) Haidar asked if I could put $2k, $1k down $500 down I ONCE AGAIN informed him I would not be putting a dollar down, Haidar then proceeded to ask me with a smart attitude "did you run out of money?" What is that about ,very rude he disappeared to the "numbers guy" When Haidar came back he provided the 4 square sales sheet and started to go over it, there were 3 options first was $2000 down and $500+ per month second $1000 Down about $500 per month and to cap it off the guy looks me in the eye completely serious and tell me $12k down and about $380 per month WTH did this clown not listen!!! This was also after being offered $17k for my trade in which is 2 weeks old with 400 miles on it, I asked him where all the extra cash was for my trade in, the sales girl said I was receiving rebates WTH again, I told Haidar he had lied to mean all avenues. This was classic sleazy used car salesman tactics and salesman lying to do anything to get someone in the door. My time was wasted, my gas was wasted, my vehicle wear and tear was affected by this person. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership if it was a buck. Their Genera Manager emailed me a follow up asking again for my business WTH do these people harass intentionally? No apology nothing I did inform his via email that I should receive some type of compensation of $250 which is what my time wasted is worth, i'll hold my breath. Stay away sleepy tactics, rude, dishonest practices. More

Had to revisit the dealership to arrange getting the windows of the new car tinted. Haidar meet me in the show room and very quickly got my visit organized with the correct contact. Very efficient. Hadair Fadlallah Is a fantastic man, I have had many experiences buying a new car, this one was the most excellent experience yet! No pressure, no crap, just a humble man who is great at making the cust experiences buying a new car, this one was the most excellent experience yet! No pressure, no crap, just a humble man who is great at making the customer experience a great one. He helped get me hooked up to all the features before leaving .
