I wanted to trade in my car so I glanced online and quickly requested info on a bronco from Bozard. I was immediately given all the info requested and on my way to the dealership to test drive. The car was out front waiting on me, and Hayden was incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle. He showed me all aspects of how to work its features as well as let me drive it as long as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. I LOVED the Bronco! I was given an appraisal on my car (over what carmax had recently given me), and the loan app process and paperwork signing was done in no time. They are utilizing the digital signature panels so the signing takes around 10 mins with the copies on a thumb drive. Hayden helped me move over my things, take off my sunpass etc... above and beyond. Thank you so much Hayden, and everyone else who was in involved for a very thorough, fair, and quick car buying experience! More

I made the dreaded call to speak with a salesperson and Hayden answered the call! He was absolutely amazing! He immediately put my nerves to ease with his professionalism, knowledge and transparency. Being so far away (4.5 hour trip one way) he became my eyes and his detail and honesty immediately put my mind to ease. He sent detailed videos and candidly noted any items that may show wear on a used car. His calm non-pressure demeanor was exactly what sold me. I never thought I would buy a car without seeing it in person but Hayden made me feel so comfortable. Shane in Finance, Dave in delivery and our delivery drivers Tom & John all show the same level of professionalism and excellent customer service. Honestly I have never heard of Bozard but this was the easiest, most honest and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had and I will definitely share with others what a great team of professionals that work for Bozard!
