She is knowledgeable & she knows how to give wonderful customer service & her service team supports her proudly. Secondly, I fortunately own a 2003 Honda S2000 with low mileage, 67,000 miles. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car to Heather for service knowing she will have quality work completed at a affordable price. In this case, parts were needed & I was put in a Honda Accord rental which was a nice treat! Great marketinkg getting to experience new products from Honda. I have been a Honda fan for many years. I'm aging myself however since my first car was a 1974 Honda Civic & been partial to Honda's ever since. I have already referred some of my neighbors to see Heather. And as I see it, is the best compliment!!! Lou Sobh thank you for the overall feeling & I plan to return for future service work needed. More

She was excellent in explaining all the things they check and what needed to be done. We trust her hold heartedly with our car and decisions. She would never push anything to be done that does not need to be done. Always friendly, caring and concerned for not only our car but us. We have ALWAYS received top quality care and reasonable prices but Heather is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Lou Sobh.
