Overall still a very satisfied customer of this dealership as a whole - but no question I miss the reps Ive had in the past who are no longer with the org. the service reps here used to be relation dealership as a whole - but no question I miss the reps Ive had in the past who are no longer with the org. the service reps here used to be relationship building, but at least with the rep I have now, thats gone. I've owned BMW's for almost 20 years, and ive never felt more like I'm talking to a rep at a Dodge dealership. More

Heather is consistently rude and abrasive. She doesn’t listen to the customer and she makes executive decisions and chooses what and what will not be done on the car without consulting with th She doesn’t listen to the customer and she makes executive decisions and chooses what and what will not be done on the car without consulting with the customer first. She’s very slow to respond and takes so long to respond throughout the day that it’s too late for the service to even actually get your service complete in time. I went into the dealer and found her just chitchatting away with other women getting nothing done. she is very slow to respond and not very professional. More
