My 2022 230i had been experiencing a creaking sunroof. I had visited the dealership four times for this issue. Although the noise disappeared after service, it would then reappear weeks later. Service advisor Heather was always friendly and eager to help solve the problem. During my last visit I asked to speak with the service manager and mechanic to help me understand what the problem could be. Both Joe and Matt worked together to help me understand what was causing the rattling creak and how to remedy the problem. They physically showed me where the problem lies and how to fix it when it reappears. I was pleased with the solution and how the team worked together to respond to my requests. More
