The drop off was seamless. My only complaint was that the car was finished before the lunch hour ( and I was waiting in the area as this location is not close to home with no l My only complaint was that the car was finished before the lunch hour ( and I was waiting in the area as this location is not close to home with no loaner vehicle option) and I was not informed car was ready. I stopped by and saw car waiting for delivery when I could have spent less time waiting for the lunch hour to conclude. As I appreciate the car wash benefit, I would have liked the option to decline to save time as I had just washed car hour b4 drop-off and have a local carwash membership. Overall, the staff was fabulous and professional. The service was excellent and as requested. I have been having a terrible time with my local Devon BMW and the service provided here was refreshing. Vehicle was brought in with a few issues. Only one was remedied. I was told the other issues couldn't be duplicated, one of them being brake squeal that was present when the lot person pulled Only one was remedied. The other issue was recorded wrong (turning while backing should have been binding of wheels when turning sharply forward or reverse) and was said to be caused by my barely out of alignment condition and suspension angles.
