AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by Gale and Steve. I could tell they had my visit planned from the beginning. From the vehicle walk around to working with Rich in finance they did not miss a beat. Heather spent a considerable about of time with me reviewing my new BMW...ON HER DAY OFF! Overall this was by far one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealer and I have 42 prior experiences in purchasing a vehicle. What an amazing place! Dan, the general manager didn't hesitate getting involved and ensured that I felt like a VIP with the red carpet rolled out. What a fantastic team you have in place and I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! I will definitely be making referrals and coming back for my next vehicle! More
