We are both incredibly sensitive to gimmicks and the disingenuous pleasantries of most car sales people, and so it had been difficult for us to trust anyone during the process. Then we met Heather. Heather was kind and extremely knowledgeable about her products. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. She was not pushy or over-eager. She answered each and every one of our questions thoroughly. Her empathy and forthrightness were, in the end, factors in our decision to buy. The entire staff at BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake are exemplary. They made us feel at home and immediately part of the BMW family. We will definitely recommend friends and family to them in the future. More

Then sat with Heather who is a BMW genius walk me through my car and taught me things that I didn't even know it did and she was determined to make sure that every question was handled correctly. her expertise ,knowledge and passion for Bmw's got me even more excited for my new car. For my 1200 mile check up the service department welcomed and greeted me with the feeling that I was Dwayne Johnson walking in. Thank you Derek!!!!
