We’ve dealt exclusively with Shiela Springer, who is super knowledgeable. There’s a good reason she’s one of Subaru’s top salespeople. Many people won't take their older, out-of-warranty to a dealer for service - for fear of being over-charged, or told to replace/repair items that aren't truly faulty.
