All was fine until we went back for our EV6. We told everyone, from the lady who put us first on the list, to GQ, to other salesmen who texted us, to our salesperson Heber we only wanted the EV6 We told everyone, from the lady who put us first on the list, to GQ, to other salesmen who texted us, to our salesperson Heber we only wanted the EV6 GT Line with a Panoramic Sunroof. They said they had one locally, everything we asked for, even the panoramic sunroof. I asked Heber to send a photo of the car including the top. His photo stopped just short of showing the entire roof with only a basic sunroof. Sitting in the car at the dealership I noticed the panoramic sunroof was not there. My wife and I were seconds away from leaving stopping the process. We were extremely pissed we spent so much time in the dealership being lied to from everyone. No apologies from anyone there. We went through with the deal but will return it to any other Kia within 150 miles once our lease is up. We will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Rich Back More
