Raceway Kia of Freehold has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are not professional and do not care about their customers. I have been going back and forth with the salesman and manager have ever dealt with. They are not professional and do not care about their customers. I have been going back and forth with the salesman and managers for months in reference to a problem I had when trading in my lease and financing a vehicle. This establishment likes to tell you what you want to hear, but doesn’t follow through at all, in the end, leaving the customer stuck. I would NEVER do business with this dealership again. Over three months and I’m still trying to get answers with no response from the GM at all. He has been absent through the whole ordeal. Very disappointing and unfortunate because I will be sure to tell everyone I know who has leases with them, to be sure they turn in to a different Kia dealership. Stay away from this establishment at all costs ! More

Went to check out a Kia "certified" vehicle that I found on their website. Customer service met expectations, however, they presented a vehicle that was completely dirty inside and out in addition to modera on their website. Customer service met expectations, however, they presented a vehicle that was completely dirty inside and out in addition to moderate damage that wasn't mentioned on their website or by the sales team. Either Kia has extremely low standards for certified or this dealership isn't in compliance. Go down the road to Lester Glenn to find you next vehicle. More

What a wonderful dealership as Hector, the general manager and even the principal manager went to great lengths to give me my 2nd great deal on another Kia Lease. I could not of been happier. The GM manager and even the principal manager went to great lengths to give me my 2nd great deal on another Kia Lease. I could not of been happier. The GM was in no way pushy and hector was always in touch. It wasnt a smooth road, but they helped me navigate any and all obstacles to get this done. I cant thank them enough they made a negative situation I had with a manager into a huge positive for me and my family More
