UNBEATABLE! I’d always heard great things about Carl Black, nothing negative, so I new they would be on the list when I started my search. I spent days haggling w I’d always heard great things about Carl Black, nothing negative, so I new they would be on the list when I started my search. I spent days haggling with other dealers and trying to sift through all of their lies and tricks in order to get where I needed to be, but one call to Carl Black Orlando changed that. I called them one night after trying to wrestle an answer out of another dealer with a “lifetime warranty” who promised me they were getting me the best deal possible and really sticking their neck out for me.....then Dowain Nunescalled me back the next day to inform me that Carl Black Orlando was ready whenever I was- FOR LESS THAN THE ITHER DEALER!! Very professional, courteous, and more than accommodating. They outperformed all of the other dealers (almost 10 of them) in every way, even bringing in a truck from another state and putting in a bedliner for me, because what I wanted wasn’t available on their lot. If you’re looking for a new Chevy, Buick or GMC, stop wasting your time and just go to Carl Black. I’ve already recommended others to them and will continue to do so.
