Got the car I wanted without too much hassle The folks at Carl Black sales are upbeat and answer all questions. They understood that many of us buy based on monthly payments, and work well with you to get the payment you want at signing. The rep also took me through the OnStar, WiFi, keyless entry and other bells & whistles that I've not had on a vehicle before. I'm happy with the vehicle I leased - it's an upgrade for me, for sure - so far, so good. The GM sales process--like most other brands--is of course 'caveat emptor': make sure you can see the window sticker, or ask to have it shown to you if the car has tinted windows, so that you know all options the dealer has put on that car and the overall sticker price. Also, I think the process needs to include the customer sitting directly with the Sales Manager before agreeing to the sale, so that they can ask questions about the financing calcs directly, and get everything itemized. Not sure if that process is left up to the dealer or is GM standard. More
