Nash was recommended by a couple of friends and we were immediately struck with the genuine and patient sles staff and the zero pressure experience. (In fairness, at the time of our shopping, there were s immediately struck with the genuine and patient sles staff and the zero pressure experience. (In fairness, at the time of our shopping, there were so few SUVs in inventory anywhere that there would have been no reason to be pushy, but other dealerships managed to do it anyway!) First new car buy for over 15 years, so we were not looking forward to the entire experience. Our first visit to another local Chevy dealership seemed to confirm our fears with pushy sales tactics and slimy salesmen. Nash was truly different, and we ended up thousands lower on price (before discounts or rebates) than at least four other dealerships where we had followed up sufficiently to get to real pricing (before any discounts or rebates). We found Nash truthful and even helpful with information up front that was not always in their own favor. Only complaint is related to the actual delivery. The roof and the inside of the windshield of our special ordered Tahoe were both quite dirty. Items this excited buyer managed to overlook until returning home. Overall - recommended. If I had no other dealerships to compare to, I would probably give 4 stars, but the dramatic differences between Nash and their closest competitors forces me to award 5. There just isn't any comparison. More

Our sales person, Hector, was very knowledgeable about his inventory. He made sure that we tried every vehicle we were interested in and gave us all the details of each one so we can make a good decision his inventory. The finance person, David, was prepared with all the paperwork and ready to explain everything and answer any questions that we had. From test driving, to selection, to signing on the dotted line — we were done in just under 3 hours. Our new vehicle was prepped and ready to go home. We’ve always heard about Nash from friends and now we’ve had our own experience and everything we’ve heard was the truth. They do treat you right! More
