We are new to the area and it was the first time that we visited Hyundai of Asheville service department for my Palisade’s 60k mile service and new rear brakes. The agent thoroughly explained things to me, and my car was ready to pickup very quickly considering all that was done. When we pulled up to pick up my car, we started looking into the window of a new Palisade and were immediately greeted by a member of the sales staff. They are very organized, friendly and efficient. It was a great experience and we will be back! More

The service technician who greeted me for my car’s scheduled maintenance proved very helpful, professional, and efficient, answering all of my questions clearly and concisely. (As an aside, I stopped by the dealership on the first night of a severe cold snap here because my low tire pressure indicator light had come on. The technician who met me explained the reason my pressure had dropped, took my vehicle in order to top off the pressure, and was nothing short of knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind.) I so appreciate the quality of my car, this dealership, and the entire staff, and I can honestly say I will forever remain a loyal Hyundai owner because of them. More
