There was only one Honda Odyssey EX left and I really hated the color and did not want to purchase it, but the sales manager gave us a great price that was hard to resist. The car has many features and runs great, and we love it, except we still hate the color. More

I am female so car buying can be intimidating. I did all my research, knew what my trade in should be worth and what the value of the car I was looking at should cost. I also researched financing and paymen my research, knew what my trade in should be worth and what the value of the car I was looking at should cost. I also researched financing and payments. I knew what to expect. Fortunately, another dealership didn't take me seriously so I ended up at Honda of Lisle. I wish I would have just went to Honda of Lisle in the first place!!! Not only was the price of the car I was looking for under the suggested retail according to Kelley Blue Book but they also gave me what I expected for my trade in and organized with a body shop to have a sunroof installed along with reducing the price a bit more to accommodate for this aftermarket modification. I thought this is all too good to be true but when they came back with the payment exactly where I calculated it to be all I had to say was "SOLD". My sales person, Heri Gayton, was fabulous and never once made me feel pressured or stupid. He was very friendly along with all the other staff members I met that night. I will never forget this experience, fair, no haggle, and no pressure. I will talk about this every time someone I know is in the market for a vehicle used or new. Such an awesome experience!!! Darryl was my contact guy when I arrived and arranged everything that was needed and was terrific in taking care of all my concerns in a very organized and very pleasant manner. Hari was my expert to show me the Accord I wanted and explained everything in detail, patience and could not have been more helpful. I felt a Good friend was taking care of me. Hari knew everything and since I was not up on the new technology, not only did it save me considerable time in understanding he did it in a matter that was enjoyable and seemed like a family member. Vic was equally as helpful in taking care of my financing, and explaining all the conditions in an honest and verifiable way how every dollar went. Even though I was bugging them for all the details but they never showed any lack of interest and were trying their best to get me a good deal. I was hunting for car deals since 2 weeks but was not getting a proper deal. But these gentleman helped me to get a great deal and I'm so happy with my car. It's a 2010 make but still looks brand new with less miles on it, moreover with "certified". I loved my car. THANKS again Heri and Kabir!!!
