We had the worst experience with Cham and found her to be rude and unprofessional. She also was unable to answer basic questions and became annoyed that we were asking, telling a sales manager we were difficult because we were asking questions about the fees and paperwork, rather than just blindly agreeing to everything she said. We will never do business with a Greenway Kia again after our experience here with her. More
