We’re disappointed to read this review because it does not reflect the full circumstances of your visit. Our team, including Chaim and management, spent approximately three days working to accommodate your requests, including locating and securing the specific vehicle from another dealership because we did not initially have it in our inventory. Chaim made every effort to assist you, answer your questions, and coordinate the details needed to make the vehicle available. I also personally became involved and spoke with you during the process. We absolutely respect every customer’s right to ask questions about pricing, fees, paperwork, and any part of the transaction. At the same time, we expect our employees to be treated with the same professionalism and respect that we expect them to provide our customers. While we’re sorry we were unable to reach a satisfactory outcome, I stand behind the effort our team made to accommodate your requests.
