Hilton was very pleasant to work with I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 here, working with Paul, Tos and Hilton. Paul gave us a test drive, Tos was the sales manager and Hilton finished our sal I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 here, working with Paul, Tos and Hilton. Paul gave us a test drive, Tos was the sales manager and Hilton finished our sale. I appreciated how low pressure Paul was during our test drive. Tos and Hilton helped me when I came back to get my trade-in appraised and ultimately bought the CX5. Hilton was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, taking time to show me every facet of the car and going through the manual with me in detail, highlighting portions he felt were important for me to read. As this was my first new car purchase, I really appreciated this attention to detail. Tos was a fierce negotiator but ultimately I think we both walked away satisfied with the agreement. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. More

My husband and Inhad a great experience with Hilton Young. He was knowledgable, patient and engaging. I appreciated his care with walking us through the features of the car after we purchased our Mazda Young. He was knowledgable, patient and engaging. I appreciated his care with walking us through the features of the car after we purchased our Mazda CX 5. He made the experience stress free for the most part. Things got a little rocky with the finance department, the manager we dealt with was new and the numbers kept changing which we were not happy with but the next day we met with Mr Rosario who made it right and even got us an extended warranty for a negligible difference in our car payment.
