I had a stress free experience purchasing my new car This was our first time in a Mazda dealership and driving a Mazda. My husband and I were impressed with the interior and tech packages on the Cx5. I This was our first time in a Mazda dealership and driving a Mazda. My husband and I were impressed with the interior and tech packages on the Cx5. I have driven an Infiniti suv for the past 4 years. The Mazda offered just as many features for a lot less money. Having a daughter that is driving and a son about to be driving cost was a big concern. Hilton did a fantastic job assisting us with the sale. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I was able to do the loan app online and work out numbers over the phone. The process was quite simple. I would definitely buy another car from Jim ellis Mazda again. I would also recommend Hilton as a sales associate he was delightful to work with. More

Hilton, TOS and all are great! This was my second car leased from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta and they did a great job yet again. I expressed what I wanted (0 down, e6 mo. Lease), h This was my second car leased from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta and they did a great job yet again. I expressed what I wanted (0 down, e6 mo. Lease), how I wanted the car appointed and elaborated on my wishes to have everything but the signatures and key swap done prior to my arrival at the dealership and they were super in making it happen just that way! During the three years of my first lease from them, they moved into a new facility which is warm and inviting. The entire staff there are warm and friendly and respectful of their customers’ time and wishes. I will see you again in three years! More

2nd Time Customer. I have purchased many new cars in my life. This is the first time I have come back to the same dealership. This dealership operates differently than a I have purchased many new cars in my life. This is the first time I have come back to the same dealership. This dealership operates differently than all the others, they treat you like you want to be treated. There is no games and that is refreshing. By the way, this is the first dealership where the salesperson and manger are still there. Typically, the person who sold me my cars in the past would no longer be present for my first oil change.
