The vehicle was listed at a certain price but for some reason they increased that price on the purchase and sale agreement without any explanation. I was told that I would get a credit because the car had just come in the night before and hadn’t been detailed. That credit never happened. When I got home to look at the inspection report because it was making a loud noise in reverse, it wasn’t there. I called and found out, one was never done. They did get me in right away when they realized that this had not been completed. I really like my car but I don’t know if I would go back to this dealership. You want to feel like you were taken care of from the beginning. I definitely don’t feel like that happened at all. More
