She was not pushy, gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, and continued to provide support post-purchase to understand accessory options (with Dani), warranty coverages, and service intervals. Regarding price, the options presented were straight forward and transparent. Holly and Steve went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle, even though it wasn’t in their stock, get it delivered to Reno, and ready for delivery. When I stopped by the dealership parts/accessories department and even though they had just closed up, Dani took the time to help me explore options and quote prices. A week later when my accessories arrived, Dani promptly provided the items I could install myself. Holly again put me in touch with service, and Diego called me promptly to schedule an appointment to install my trailer hitch and harness. I will certainly look to use Lithia Hyundai of Reno, Holly, Steve, and Dani again. More

Holly worked with us from the moment we got there (actually the whole day prior) to find us a vehicle that matched our needs and wants as we weren't able to get to Reno before 530 on a Friday. Holly showed us some options and we looked at 3 and test drove 1. Her and Ali helped get us numbers close to where we wanted to be and Holly and Bryan worked with us late into the night get things taken care. Appreciate the friendliness from staff (someone even bought me a soda while we waited) and Holly stayed till the very end to see us off with our new car. More

the person I set above the rest everyone I spoke with or dealt with were sincerely kind. but the one that sets out the most is holly Jensen who went way beyond the call me duty with everyone I spoke with or dealt with were sincerely kind. but the one that sets out the most is holly Jensen who went way beyond the call me duty with me. she was patient for about a solid 4 months while I went thru getting things together to be able to purchase a vehicle. I even looked at other places all the way from Reno to Vegas and I always would return to her. it wasn't the dealership that kept me coming back it was Holly and her sincere concern to get me in a dependable and affordable vehicle. I would recommend Lithia to anyone but more then that I would recommend holly Jensen to-do you right. I don't see myself going anywhere else as long as I'm buying a vehicle. More
