Brandon and Holly sold me the 2015 Nissan Marano. Holly was great friendly and answered my questions. Brandon called me to come look at car when I got there gave me the keys to vehicle while he got i Holly was great friendly and answered my questions. I ask him a couple of questions which he answered. But said nothing about the vehicle. I liked the vehicle very much was purchasing it but not because Brandon sold the vehicle. Holly stepped in she was a delight to work with answered questions and chatted with me while waiting to do paperwork. More

My experience was just not good. Holly and Brian treated me well and I appreciate that. Morris, he did his job. Juan was rude. Actually told me to go somewhere else when I told h Holly and Brian treated me well and I appreciate that. Morris, he did his job. Juan was rude. Actually told me to go somewhere else when I told him I had a couple of offers for my trade in, more than he was offering. Beyond that there was a lot of running around. Poor Holly literally ran herself to death trying to help me. It took me 3 hours to just get through the financials, and I came with my car (and title) plus the a check for the outstanding balance. I had to be chauffeured to another location and then back to VW. It would have taken longer but I cut off the demo of the cars features so I could go pick my son up from school. The test I had to take while waiting on Morris to do the financials was quite immature and very condescending. Then in all that time the car wasn’t cleaned up at all, inside or out and poor Holly had to get my license plates moved in between another customer and playing chauffeur. I appreciate the maintenance package, I hope that process is easier than the buying process. More
