We went to finance the car at the dealership after all the negotiations, finance manager Houssine Belghmi lied to us about the contract and added additional charges without acknowledgement. He made us sign something we had not agreed upon and later on once we confronted him to be lying, he unashamedly denied it. This dealership manipulates and lies to the clients and it’s business as usual for them. More

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Steer clear of this dealership! If Rick Case were alive he would be very disappointed. They will rob you blind. They are liars. I made an appointment to see a 2022 Hyund dealership! If Rick Case were alive he would be very disappointed. They will rob you blind. They are liars. I made an appointment to see a 2022 Hyundai Palisade and spoke to a sales guy named Ryan Marcus. He assured me over the phone that they had the vehicle and that the price I saw online for the car was correct. When I arrived at the dealership I found out Ryan Marcus was an internet sales guy and he had me meet with another sales guy named Yeison. We test drove the car and loved it and I verified that it was the exact same car I had seen online and the MSRP on the Window Sticker was the correct price. All was well so far. When the sales guy Yeison started to run the numbers I noticed they were trying to charge more for the car. I told him I specifically came in to pay the price I saw online and showed him the information straight from the Rick Case Hyundai website. He took the information to his manager and the manager agreed that everything would match the numbers on the window sticker and what we saw online (they didn't give me the name for his manager). Then when we get to financing everything went downhill. The finance guy named Houssine Beighmi tried to have us sign all the paperwork without showing us the numbers on the car and that was a red flag. He had also transferred the registration from our current car to the new car without showing us the numbers. When I asked him to see the numbers of what we would be paying he said it was on the computer and he couldn't print it until the end. I said we'll I am not signing anything until I see the numbers. When he showed me the computer screen he was trying to charge me $3,000 + over the MSRP / window sticker price. That overage was in turn bumping up the price for the taxes and the interest for financing which brought the total price of the deal about $12k over what it was supposed to be. When I questioned the finance guy about it he went back to the sales manager and came back and had only lowered $1,000! I said I am not paying one penny over MSRP or over the price it says on the internet since the website clearly lists all the taxes and fees and price out the door. I even told him I had the option of buying it online for that price, we just came in to the dealership to drive the car and feel in love with it so figured we'd get it done. After going back to the sales manager He said the manager was not going to honor that agreement and so we left. After spending from 11am until 2:30pm in the dealership with a child all for nothing it was a complete waste of time. I feel bad for the sales guy Yeison since he really tried his best and he was also fooled by the manager and finance guy. By the way I have excellent credit over 770 so they don't even respect that. 3 people called us from the dealership after we left trying to talk us into going back. They even acknowledged that the sales manager was wrong and should have honored the window sticker price but the fact that they lied, played games and tried to pull a fast one on us is what will make us NEVER purchase a vehicle from Rick Case Plantation. If you are going to this dealership make sure you don't get scammed, read the paperwork in finance and don't sign anything until they show you the numbers. Make sure you are not paying over sticker price. They will wear you down and have you sitting for hours so by the time you get to finance you are desperate to leave, but don't fall for it. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They have no regard for wasting peoples time and lying to your face. Rick and Rita Case were pillars of the community and I'm sure it Rita knew the way they are conducting business in one of her dealerships she would be upset. Don't waste your time here. There are plenty of Hyundai dealerships that will likely do better. More
