There was never any pressure, I had been researching new cars on line prior and I was ready to hear what they had to offer. I liked what they offered. The car I specifically wanted was at another dealership in a different state. That dealership agreed to a trade but than gave us a run around. Howard & Gary really stepped up to honor our deal and found me another car that was a newer model but gave it to me for agreed price. I was very pleased to hear I had a car that I exactly wanted at agreed price. They went above & beyond. 5 star service all the way. More

An Unusual Car Buying Experience In the past, because of overly aggressive and “whatever it takes” practices, shopping for a car was an experience that I avoided like the plague. That In the past, because of overly aggressive and “whatever it takes” practices, shopping for a car was an experience that I avoided like the plague. That changed when I visited Treasure Coast Lexus and was assigned to Howard Kent. I was impressed in general by the dealership and all of its staff but especially with Howard. Unlike most sales reps, he was a better listener than a talker. He sensed my apprehension, very patiently listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and gradually calmed my fears by giving me good and pertinent information about my options. I knew I wanted an SUV but was unsure of which model would best suit my needs. In the end, I purchased an RX 350 and love the car. Our second car is a 2007 Toyota Camry as we keep our cars for a long time. I'm sure our new Lexus will serve us well and be in our family for a long time. At our age, this may be our last car purchase but, if we decide to retire our Camry, I know where I'll go and who I will ask for. Howard never made me feel pressured and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I'm sure he sells a lot of cars and I hope Treasure Coast knows what an asset it has in Howard Kent. More
