Great experience buying a pre owned certified used equinox from ray Chevrolet . Hugo was our sales man and he was very thorough very polite and respectful. He answered all our questions thoroughly and walked us through the whole buying procedure. Everyone we dealt with at ray Chevrolet was very respectful and explained everything that was going on with our purchase. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and will definately be back when I am ready for another vehicle. More

Only thing I was not happy about was when I said I needed the payment to be no more than what we talked about and I said they are going to hit me with the gap insurance and they said it's not much and it en the payment to be no more than what we talked about and I said they are going to hit me with the gap insurance and they said it's not much and it ended up being 49 dollars more a month at that point it was whatever Hugo the sales man was a pleasure to deal with great guy recommend him anytime More

Well I appreciate everything that my salesman did for me. I really felt like there was no wiggle room with price and options with the overall management at the dealer. He brought two trucks to my home to make sure they fit in my garage, then once I decided he drove 9 hours round trip to pick the car up and bring it the next day! Superb job he's one of a kind!
