Mixed experience I was a first time buyer and very excited about my upcoming purchase. The salesman started off super friendly and wonderful, but once the paperwork go I was a first time buyer and very excited about my upcoming purchase. The salesman started off super friendly and wonderful, but once the paperwork got started he was a different man. I would have forms put in front of me and told where to sign, with absolutely no explanation of each form unless I specifically asked. He would then get up and walk off with no explanation. This behavior continued the length of the purchase. Had I not brought my boyfriend and technician I would have been completely overwhelmed. From what I understand, we were dealing with one of their best salesmen and he would be completing several sales simultaneously. Although I do understand this was a busy dealership, as well as the fact that I was a relatively small sale, I certainly felt that just an explanation of what was happening wouldn't have hurt. At one point we wanted to know why my SSN was being run. The salesman simply said "that's how it's done", which frustrated both my boyfriend and the technician. The manager came over shortly after and calmly explained why it was necessary, making us feel far more in control. He was very informative and helpful. Likewise, once we were shifted to the finance department, I had a very pleasant experience as every form was summarized verbally for me and I was allowed to read through all of them and my questions were answered knowledgeably and simply. I felt that I understood every step of that process. Which obviously made it a very positive experience. So overall, the experience was fine but not one I'd rush to go through again. More

2015 corvette z06 The car was in great shape, it was clean, and looked good. The price was competitive among others cars just like it. Having said that the car had a bad first test drive due to a mechanical check engine light. Coming 4 hours away I asked if the car had any issues, I was told several times that it did not. Fully expecting a ready car with a fast trasaction sale it was held up by the issue. It was brought to my attention that the cars are not test driven by the sales team. I would like to suggest that the cars should be test driven and in this case driven a little aggressively to determine a readiness. If this could be done when I get there to test drive my sales person or shop mechanic would know the imediate condition and would have fixed the problem already. The car however was fixed and caused long delys but in the end operated well when I left, and is at this time. That's why I gave a 5 star. I do believe sales people should test drive all vehicles including corvettes to know if something is wrong in the passenger seat as it is test driven by a coustomer. Thank you. More
