If you want financial miracles worked... Mark Fladseth and Tom Henschel at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa did things financially that I didn't think car dealerships could do. Mark started my g Mark Fladseth and Tom Henschel at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa did things financially that I didn't think car dealerships could do. Mark started my good experience by having a quality and subtlety in his communication skills that I have experienced no where else in the Bay area. He's clearly led a full life and been highly, warmly, successfully interactive in many areas of his career before now. It was clear that I could actually trust Mark. I had been searching private owners, dealerships, rent-to-buy companies, and felt lucky to drive 2+ hours to deal with Mark and Tom up in Santa Rosa. I'd do it again. Mark offered me a more than competitive price, I got approved for a loan with (what I thought was) a low credit score, we OVERNIGHTED forms to LA to get my co-owner to sign, and powered through this in less than a week. At the last minute, there were some delays, and though I won't be specific here, let's say the guys worked an absolute miracle to get me out the door in time. Talk about stress. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, and they got me through in the end. I hope they got compensated exceedingly well for their work with me. They both deserve bonuses for it! Tom got me half the interest rate the bank wanted to offer me. Half! He also explained things, in highly understandable terms, all the way through. Exemplary dedication, knowledge and clarity. (He is clearly the "get it done, and get it done right" guy, cuz *everyone* came to him for help while he was working with me.) I talked to both men after hours, and on their days off!!! And they responded, and got me to the right people (Hugo Mendez, who, very compassionately, made my life a LOT easier by sending me to the dealership closer to where I lived), when I needed help getting the car checked out after the purchase. Looking to get a second car soon, and will ABSOLUTELY go back. I'm looking forward to working with Mark and Tom again!!! More

He was friendly and courteous. * Brian Bassa worked on my car. My mind is at peace knowing a Master Mechanic / Shop Lead worked on my car.
