My Pacifica sat at another dealer, Auto Nation for over 60 days and that was a “joke” to say the least. As soon as I took my car to Kendall Dodge the matter was resolved and not only did they fix the problem but also lend me a loaner unlike the other dealer where I incurred over a 3500 dollar rental bill.
