Poor customer service and no communication. I didn’t hear from the advisor until 2 weeks after I dropped off my car, when I was told that I was going to get a phone in a couple of days. I lost a day of work just to drop off the car and a half a day of work to go up there and find out what’s going on since I left 3 messages the week before and no return call.
