They have the worst customer service. The service department is a joke. They lie about repairing something they did not even look at and when you have proof they just blame it on the mech The service department is a joke. If you waiting on parts we’ll they take longer then getting them from China. I have to take my car three times for the same problem total waste of time. More

The issue was resolved, however, I’m not sure they looked deeper into the problem beyond changing the battery. The battery has been replaced twice over 25,000 miles and I wanted to be sure that there isn’t a deeper into the problem beyond changing the battery. I don’t see a record of this in the paperwork, which, I also had to follow up several times to get because I was told when I left the dealership that the system was down. However, when I called back after not receiving a couple of days later, I was told it was being processed which is a completely different answer. It was overall not a good experience More
