Communication via phone needs to improve. My car died in a parking lot and contacting the dealership for roadside assistance was a nightmare. I ended up googling my roadside and eventually ab My car died in a parking lot and contacting the dealership for roadside assistance was a nightmare. I ended up googling my roadside and eventually able to figure it out. Customer service transfers you to phone lines that no one picks up and they transfer you just to get rid of you. I have never seen such poor communication. Even if you ask for a manager they’ll transfer you to an empty desk. I’ve been a client of Jeep for years and I loved them but this last experience really sucked. I will say that the service representative, Hugo, really went out of his way to help me and ensure my experience turned around and that my vehicle was taken care of. I appreciated his care and attention! More
