Excellent Service I live in Long Island City and over the last 20+ years have leased several cars from the LIC area...with less than average service in most cases. When it came time to trade in my car, remembering my experiences in this area, I dreaded shopping for a new one. My neighbor recommended Bayside VW. I was very glad a made the not-so-far trip to Bayside. Bayside VW restored my faith in car dealerships....they are real, honest people who treat their customers with sincere concern and respect. Inki Min was immediately very friendly and helpful, and gave me a very fair price (I had previously done a bit of research). Finalizing all the paper-work with Jade Benussi was quick and easy. Angelo Alexiadis was there in every step assuring that I was satisfied and had no questions or concerns. Thank you Bayside for a pleasant experience....p.s. I love my new car! More

As my wife and I went car shopping around the Queens area we could tell right away this dealership was a little bit different from the rest. Our salesperson, Inki, was quick to greet us with a smile but did not pressure us in anyway. He was able to answer all of the questions we had regarding the vehicle we were interested in. He really was a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff made us feel very welcome from the time we walked in the door until we drove off in our new ride. We will be sure to return to Bayside VW in the future and recommend the dealership to friends. More

great dealership ok so the people i dealt with were inki the sales person which showed a lot of knowledge about the vw atlas.we guide him what we are looking for and h ok so the people i dealt with were inki the sales person which showed a lot of knowledge about the vw atlas.we guide him what we are looking for and he was on it right away. he showed us the car and explain about it from a to z as well took us to test drive the car.he wasn't pushing us to buy or lease he just let us feel comfortable and the car speaks for it self. the manager was great too he helped us work out the numbers and gave us a very good satisfied deal that match our pocket without hurting the company and not hurting our pocket. he let us feel very comfortable and his manager have worked out all the paper work fast and in a proper matter of time and communicate with our insurance company, with in a short time we took the car home. they gave us a full tank of gas for the car and the car was clean and smell new like it should be. any time i call or text or email inki he takes care of what i need right away. i say all this because i have visit quite a few dealerships and there service is not even close to vw and i wish they had sales people like inki and a manager like inki has. thank you for your service well appreciated. will deferentially recommend to family and friends. More
