Excellent Experience I had been building a Tucson on your website for months. So finally on 12/12/2019 I decided it was time to meet the vehicle in person. This is where I had been building a Tucson on your website for months. So finally on 12/12/2019 I decided it was time to meet the vehicle in person. This is where a very nice gentleman by the name of Leroy Parks greeted me at the door. There was other staff there as well all of which were warm and welcoming as Leroy. I explained to Leroy the type of vehicle (trim and color) I had been considering and what was important to me. Leroy was very professional, polite, understanding and knowledgeable. He was very helpful when it came to making my final decision about my purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured. Mike/Gen Man was very helpful as well. Zach in finance went over all of my options, offers and answered all of my financial questions. Before I left in my vehicle Leroy went over everything in it until I was comfortable with it and he assured me that if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call him or stop by the dealership. I appreciate the kindness from the D'Arcy staff. Leroy, Mike, Zach, John from the service department and Isa and Noel for their follow-up calls and text messages encouraging me to stop in for a test drive. I definitely will recommend D'Arcy dealership to my friends and family. More
