I entered into a lease a few weeks ago with Jaxon As part of the agreement, Jaxon assured me that the trim on the vehicle would be wrapped and that this would be scheduled promptly. It has now been three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received vague responses and delays from both Jaxon and other staff. I have text message records confirming Jaxon’s agreement to wrap the trim. Additionally, when I spoke with Levi to complete the virtual signing process, he confirmed that the wrap was part of the deal prior to my signing. However, that agreement was not included in the documents sent to me for virtual signature. More
