Everytime I get my car serviced, I was always sent a short video of the work they did or need to do, and they always ask for confirmation. I was particularly unhappy because I specifically requested that they check the brake pads first to see how worn they were and if I need to change them. They simply just changed them without any confirmation on the wear. Worst of all, after the service, I asked how thin they were before they changed it and they couldn't give me an answer. They simply said they didn't check. Makes me wonder if they knew that the brake pads didn't need to be changed, yet they just did it. More
