Chic is VERY knowledgeable on all of the new vehicles and was able to whip out facts and statistics at will. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Chic, Ian and the team at Wilde had to work very hard to find the very specific color and packages I was looking for in a vehicle and, despite the inventory being low in the midwest, were able to come up with exactly what it was I was looking for. I greatly appreciate the effort they put in to getting it right. Did I mention we got a great deal as well? These are the 3rd and 4th vehicles I have purchased from Wilde Toyota and will probably not be the last. The follow on service has always been excellent and very convenient. Wilde Toyota made it an easy decision to go with them. I worked with two salesmen. I first met Jim Sauceda and he answered all of my questions and even emailed me on his day off. After the bad experience at the other place, I decided to head straight to Wilde. When I got in, Tyler Brown helped me out and he was terrific. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get the deal I wanted with no pressure. He went above and beyond what I needed him to do to get the sale which felt great. The Finance Manager Ken was honest in his recommendations and helped me get through the process with ease. The Sales Manager, Ian came at the end of the deal and chatted for bit as well. The four of them all made me feel confident I chose not just the right car, but the right dealership. I highly recommend Wilde Toyota. They found a customer for life. More
