He's very prompt at answering emails, especially with the current Covid-19 restriction; I did not have to wait longer than 2 minutes for responses. Also, he thoroughly showed me how to work the vehicle with all the new bottoms. Tom worked with Ken(finance manager) and Ian(sales manager) to helped expedite our wait time since we were in there for several hours. But the long wait was not their fault since we had a freeze in our credit. This is our second time buying from this dealership; Tom, Ken, and Ian have made this experience much better than the first and have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend working with them. More

I come back to Wilde Toyota because of the customer focused attitude, their excellent service and their ability to negotiate a fair sales price. I recently purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited from Charles Clark. He was able to explain all the features of this redesigned vehicle. I love driving this SUV and Charles, "Chic" ,made it very easy to learn all the features that this vehicle offers. Working with him and the Sales Manger, Ian Johnson, we were able to negotiate a great price which was a win-win for all of us. There was no pressure at all. I then worked with Phil Lo on financing and warranty options. He along, with Chic and Ian are why Wilde Toyota is a great place to do business.
