As a 5 time vehicle purchaser I would like to see the sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised with. Nobody from Management team has ever acknowledged any vehicle purchases. Also, very few if any new Escalades on the lot to choose from. If we had another Cadillac dealership locally I would be inclined to try them out after being a 20 year customer. More

Im 54 years old, so needless to say this isn't my first time purchasing a car. Steve was great! Very transparent, no games, quick transaction. What made the experience so unique was that I wasn't pressured time purchasing a car. Steve was great! Very transparent, no games, quick transaction. What made the experience so unique was that I wasn't pressured once by the finance department to purchase an extended warranty. That hands down has to be the worst part of buying a car for me personally. I was in Medical sales for 26 years. There's nothing more I can't stand than a pushing sleazy, salesman. Steve was a professional and a gentleman. PS, I love my pre-owned Caddy that looks brand new!!!! Great Price! Generous value for my trade in. Will definitely be buying my next Caddy from Otto. More
