Stress Free, Great Deal, Wonderful Staff My Honda lease was up at the end of August. I had been shopping around trying to decide what to buy next. Checked out the Pilot, the Murano and the Highlander. No deals on the Pilot, Murano was a bit overpriced. The Highlander was the best deal, the best shopping experience and I believe the best vehicle out of the three. It doesn't blow away the competition, but it does make it difficult to say NO especially with the price and the service provided by Ian. I have trouble putting my total faith into car sales people. Purchased 2 vehicle from Ian in the past - in fact it was on the same night - 2 Scions for 2 of my sons. I have returned since then a few times, neither one of those times did I purchase a vehicle at Toyota but I walked away with the feeling that I was receiving the best deal they could provide at that time and an honest deal. I made a great purchase with the Highlander and I would shop there again and easily recommend both the Store and Ian. More

However, they were able to get me financing no problem and with decent rate. On pickup, there was slightly less than full tank of gas (I didnt even notice). Sales rep offerred full tank of gas for free when I came back for plates even though my tank was almost empty. I'd go back again. More

They have dealt with Ian for their 3 Toyota vehicles and they had nothing but excellent things to say about him. So, I was confident that when I was ready to purchase a Toyota vehicle, I would receive nothing but excellent service. And I did.. He took his time explaining everything, especially since I have never before considered nor bought a CPO vehicle. He was patient and gave us the time to really think about our options between a new or CPO considering it was a very busy Saturday and was approaching closing time. He was not pushy but was honest and understood what was important to us. In the end, the CPO 2013 Sienna Limited was the right vehicle for us and our growing family. I would also have to mention that Paul Leahy also provided us excellent service as well. He made the financing portion seamless, painless, and helped us tremendously with all the other options. He not only accommodated us with a smile and friendly attitude but also tried to make my crying 2 year old daughter feel comfortable since she taught she was at the doctor's office when it was time for us to talk to Paul. Smooth Process from inquiry to sale I started my journey with the request for a quote online. Naturally, I was contacted by several dealerships in the area, including Freehold. Actua I started my journey with the request for a quote online. Naturally, I was contacted by several dealerships in the area, including Freehold. Actually Freehold called me one time, while the others called frequently. I visited the showroom, once the Prius was on display and was assigned to Ian-Michael Salon as my salesman. He answered all of my questions and put no pressure on me at all. About a month later, I was ready and revisited. He identified a vehicle that matched my criteria and gave me a date that it would arrive. He also gave me a very competitive quote. I gave a small deposit to be assured that it would not be sold to another. I then called the other dealers who called me frequently. One dealer did not even make an offer once he heard the quote. Another knocked off $100 which was not worth my effort and another wanted $500 deposit up front in order to look for a car that matched my criteria. Once the car arrived, even earlier that the date expected. The rest of the process was very smooth and pleasant from beginning to end. Ian even sat in the car with me, explained the technology and helped me sync my phone. Since then I called with additional questions. He was always courteous, knowledgeable and as customer oriented as one can be. Go to Freehold Toyota and ask for Ian. More
